Yes - 2 of the bedrooms are on ground floor level and 1 of the bedrooms has access for a wheelchair with assistance. For further information about accommodation, please see

Internet Access Details
Wireless [Wi-Fi] internet access for guests' laptops is free of charge. A small A small charge of £1.00 for the first hour and 25p per fifteen minutes thereafter applies for the internet cafe.
What meals are served at Kirkton House?
Breakfast is served each morning, and for other meals, there are a number of good local restaurants and pubs serving food nearby.
Does the guest house have a licence?
No, but guests may bring their own wines and spirits, please see - Food and Beverage - page for details.
What is your policy on smoking?
This is a totally non-smoking establishment. Scottish law does not permit smoking in public buildings.
Can I park my car securely at Kirkton House?
Yes - there is ample off street parking for vehicles within the grounds.
Are there any laundry facilities?
A laundry and ironing service can be provided on request. There are ironing facilities in each bedroom.
