All rates [not subject to VAT] include service, and are subject to confirmation at time of booking.

Telephone Charges

Direct dial bedroom 'phone charges - 5 pence per call plus 5 pence per unit [UK calls cost about 10 pence for 3 minutes, and calls to the USA/Canada cost about 20 pence per minute]. This is cheaper than public telephone boxes, most mobile 'phone tariffs and 'phone credit/charge cards!

Payment

A deposit of £25.00 per room per night secures your accommodation.

Cancellation Terms

Refunds, less a fee of £5.00 per room, are made for cancellations at more than 15 days notice; otherwise, any refund depends on whether the accommodation reserved was relet. Cancellations on, or curtailment of a stay during the booked day/s will be charged at full rate/s each day [less £2.50 per person].

'No Shows' are charged in full if the rooms are not relet.
